Cause of death was stricture of the esophagus or stenosis, had been nourished through a gastric fistula for 2 years, died of pulmanary congestive stricture. Contributing factor was exhaustion and finally pulmonary congestion. Body is to be taken for burial 5-14-1915 to Romansville.
