Ceremony Takes Place in Home of Bride's Aunt and Uncle
One of the prettiest of the fall weddings took place at 6 o'clock last night at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Charles A. Borchers, 2936 Washington boulevard, when their niece, Miss Dorothy Harriet Gooden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earle P. Gooden of Lawrenceburg, and Leo William Draper were married. Mr. Draper is the son of Mrs. Etta May Draper of Lenox. Ia.
Dr. William C. Hartinger read the ceremony. Fall flowers and foliage were used about the house and to form an improvised altar for the ceremony.
Bride Wears Velvet
The bride wore a dress of bronze chiffon velvet, fashioned in empire style. She wore matching accessories and carried an old-fashioned bouquet of Sweetheart roses. Miss Wilma Buchanan of Lawrenceburg and James Walker were the only attcndants.
A reception and dinner in the Indianapolis Athletic Club followed the ceremony. Fall flowers were used, for the table decorations. Among the out-of-town guests were Miss Lucy Ann Gooden, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Leindecker and Harry Sibel, all of Lawrenceburg, and Mr. and Mrs. Sieber R. Nicholson of Chicago.
Mr. and Mrs. Draper will make their home in Indianapolis.

4058 Runnemeade avenue, Cincinnati, who died Sunday in Cincinnati, She was the sister of Mrs. Lucy Ann Sargent of Nowlin avenue, and formerly a resident of Lawrenceburg.
Surviving besides Mrs. Sarjent are the husband, Bernard Fahrner, and her mother, Mrs. Earl P. Gooden.

Mrs. Dorothy Fahrner Dies in Cincinnati
Mrs. Dorothy Fahrner (nee Gooden) 41, a native of Lawrenceburg, died Sunday night, June 29, in Christ hospital, Cincinnati. She had been ill about four weeks but had been hospitalized only one day.
Funeral services and burial were held in Cincinnati Wednesday.
Mrs. Fahrner was born in Lawrenceburg, the daughter of late Mr. Earle Gooden. She was educated.
in the public schools here arid had resided in Cincinnati for several years.
She is survived by her husband, Mr. Bernard Fahrner, her mother, Mrs. Abbie Gooden and her sister, Mrs. Lloyd Sarjent of Lawrenceburg.
