Freda Hayes Elliott, 91, Sarasota, died March 21, 2001.
She was born Dec. 21, 1909. in Lawrenceburg, Ind., and came to Sarasota six years ago from Lakeland. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include three daughters, Macie McGee of Sarasota, Janet Huwiler of Osprey and Katherine Backe of Naples; a son, Robert of Sarasota; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. March 31 at Church of the Palms-Presbyterian. Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Gulf Gate Chapel is in charge.
