On Saturday, April 14, 1979, ESTELLE (nee Hayes). of Randallstown, beloved wife of the late Herbert Phillips, devoted mother of Patricia Cadaret and Priscilla Kasting. Also survived by four sisters, four brothers, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, April 18, at 11 A.M. at the Oakwood Morningside Cemetery, Syracuse, N.Y. Arrangements by Loring Byers Funeral Directors.
