HEITZ -- Of 2201 Port street, on Friday, February 16, 1940 at 7:20 o'clock p. m., JOSEPH JOHN HEITZ, beloved husband of Viola Mary Gross Kiefer, father of Leonard J. Heitz, brother of Mrs. A. Hayes, Mrs. Annie Silbernagel, Mrs J. Nunemacher and the late Michel Heitz, grandfather of Leonard and Patricia Heitz, age 65 years, a native of New Orleans, La.
Relatives and friends of the family, also Firemen's Charitable and Benevolent Association, Madison Single and Sager Building Companies are invited to attend the funeral Sunday, February 18, 1940, at 3 o'clock p. m., from the mortuary of Jacob Schoen and Son, 527 Elysian Fields avenue. Religious services at St. Mary of the Angels church.
Interment in St. Vincent de Paul cemetery.
