ROBICHEAUX Christina Ferrara Robicheaux passed away at her residence on Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Harold Robicheaux. Loving mother of Daniel P.Chappetta Sr. and Samuel J. Chappetta III. Mother-in-law of Magda Chappetta and the late Judith J. Chappetta. Devoted grandmother of Ada Maria, Samuel J. IV, Daniel P. Jr., Lyn and Christopher Chappetta. Brother of Frank J. Ferrara (and wife, Jeri), Kelly P. Ferrara (and wife, Annette) and Margaret Ferrara Marrioni. Daughter of the late Marguerite Giorlando and Kelly Ferrara. Niece of Lois Giorlando. Also survived by Theresa and Chris Haab, who were like her own children, 9 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Robicheaux was a parishioner of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church and will be loved and missed by all who knew her. The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to Laquinta Clark, Vanna Marie Jackson, Vickie Skeldon Lakeside Hospice, Fleur De Lis Dentist, Sister Emparo and the Servants of Mary and to all others for the love and care that they provided. Aged 76 years, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Metairie, Louisiana for the past 35 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, on Saturday morning, October 2, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Lakelawn Park Mausoleum. Friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until time of services. Memorial donations may be made to The Servants of Mary, 5001 Perlita St., New Orleans, Louisiana 70122.
