GLORIA DUSSE RUPPERT
Gloria Dussé Ruppert, a retired secretary for the House of Time, died Sunday of pancreatic cancer at her home. She was 72. Mrs. Ruppert was born in New Orleans and lived in Metairie for the past 24 years. She was a graduate of John McDonogh High School. She was a member of the People Program and the Altar Guild at Mount Olive Lutheran Church. Survivors include her husband, Elwood Ruppert; three daughters, Cynthia R. Orkus, Gail R. Silbernagel and Janet R. Nagle; a brother, Ralph Dussé; a sister, Jeanne Morgan; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at All Faiths Funeral Home, 5200 Canal Blvd. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Garden of Memories.
