Husband of Priscilla (Noble) Lieurance (1801-1886). Married on Feb. 12, 1818 in Clinton, Ohio. Son of Peter Lieurance and Lucy (Goode) Lieurance. Father of eight boys and six girls.

His son, George W. Lieurance, was a Civil War Vet. Enlisted as a private in the 3rd Wisconsin Infantry, Co. H on Feb. 27, 1864. Promoted to Full Corporal. Mustered out on July 18, 1865 at Madison, WI. His residence was Willow Springs, Wisconsin when he enlisted.
