Gladys W. Koehler, 87, of Sun City, Ariz. formerly of South Bend, died Friday in Arizona. Burial will be in Sun City. Sunland Mortuary, Sun City. is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Koehler was born Feb. 17, 1898, in Indianapolis. In 1921, she married Russell W. "Cotton" Koehler. He survives with a daughter, Connie Frank of South Bend; a son, David R. of Aspen. Colo.; five grandchildren; and a great-grand-child. She was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, Panheilenic Association, Campfire Girls Board, Wednesday Club and
First Church of Christ, Scientist.

Gladys W. Koehler
Gladys W. Koehler, 87, of Sun City, Ariz., formerly of South Bend, died Friday in Sun City Boswell Memorial Hospital, Sun City, Ariz. She was born Feb. 17, 1808, in Elizabethtown, Ohio. On Sept. 2, 1921, she married Russell Koehler, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Constance Frank of South Bend; a son, David Koehler of San Jose, Costa Rica; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Her husband was the owner of the Koehler Insurance Agency, South Bend. She had lived in Sun City since 1972. moving there from South Bend. She had been a members of Kappa AlphaTheta, and was a graduate of Butler University.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Sunland Memorial Park and Mortuary, Sun City. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.
