"HAZEL" A retired nurse and a resident of Baton Rouge, was 79 and a native of Sicily Island.

She is survived by a son, Neal E. Daves and wife Phyllis; five grandchildren, Milton Schott III, Keith Schott, Brent Schott, Paula Dupuy and Carla Eppinett; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Elsie Hinton; a brother, Charles Taylor; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jean Lehmann; husband, Winston Durnin; and parents, Charles and Levia Taylor. Pallbearers will be Milton Schott III, Keith Schott, Brent Schott, Chris Dupuy, Charles Morace and Charles Taylor.

Her maiden name was Taylor, her first husband was Burnell C. Yoes.
