Center St., Lawrenceburg, Indiana, he died at Smith's Hospital in Lawrenceburg. His father was LeRoy Stevens of Indiana, his mother Mamie Winters of Ohio. The informant was LeRoy Stevens of 324 E. Center St. Cause of death was accidental poisoning by an unknown poison. The accident occured 3/19/1933 on the Ohio river at Lawrenceburg, when he drank a poison solution. He is to be buried 3/21/1933 in Greendale Cemetery.

LeRoy Stevens, Jr., 13, son of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Stevens, Lawrenceburg, died at the Lawrencburg hospital last week following injuries received when he was run over by a B. & O. freight. He and some neighbor boys had been fishing and decided to bum their way back to town on a freight which was slowing down there. The boy missed his footing and his legs were caught under the wheels. He was rushed to the hospital but died within a few hours.
Last March his brother, Charles, 15, died as a result of poison which he drank from a bottle cast ashore by the highwaters.
