"Within a year or so (of the end to her first marriage to Charles Rock) she met and married Mike Sparrow, a hardworking entrepreneur, Stanford grad and all around great guy with whom she had Susan. After several successful business ventures in the Bay Area they became owners of a resort in the Sierra-Nevada mountains at Strawberry, CA, which they operated until Jackie's retirement. Mike, who I liked very much, died of cancer in his early 40's."
