James Harry Short, on Tuesday, May 28, 1974, at 4:30 o'clock a.m. Beloved Husband of Margaret Roach and the late Annette Palermo, by first marriage. Father of Mrs. Rebecca Silbernagel, Mrs. Peggy Smith, Mrs. Claire Massarini, Mrs. Anna Belle Vogt, Mrs. Cletus Arroyo and C. M. Silbernagel Sr. Brother of Mrs. Viola Brockett and the late Mrs. Anna Gallay, Arthur P. Short, Mrs. Rebecca Loebsack and John David Short. Son of the late Cornelia Brockett and Owen Short. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Age 75 years. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
A Requiem mass will be celebrated iin the chapel of Jacob Schoen and Son Inc., 527 Elysian Fields Ave., on Wednesday, May 29, 1974 at 11:00 o'clock a.m.
Interment in St Vincent DePaul No. 2 Cemetery.
