DURNIN, MRS. EMMA ROHNER
Died 6:03 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 1986, at Seventh Ward General Hospital, Hammond. She was 94, a native of St. Helena Parish and resident of Hillsdale. Visiting at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, 8 to 10:40 a.m. Thursday. Religious services at St. Helena Catholic Church, Amite, 11 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. John O'Connell. Burial in Roberts Cemetery, Hillsdale. Survived by four daughters, Mrs. Marguerite D. Silbernagel, Mrs. Bertha D. Davis, and Mrs. Virgie Mae D. Courtney, all of Amite,and Mrs. Melba D. Smith, Greensburg; a son, Norman O. Durnin, Amite; 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, John E. Durnin; and a son, Ray E. Durnin.
