Walter G. Nillen, on Wednesday, October 28, 1981 at 6:15 a.m. Husband of Evelyn Rose Nillen; father of Walter J. Millen and the late Marilyn Nillen Treadaway; brother of Henrietta Day, Ernest Nillen and the late Helen Penino, Gertie Faust and Anna Manseuy; also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Age 76 years. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana.
Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of New Orleans Public Service and New Orleans Fire Department are invited to attend the funeral. Services from the Metairie Funeral Home of Lamana Panno Fallo Inc., 1717 Veterans Memorial Blvd. on Friday, October 30, 1981 at 9 a.m. Services in the Chapel. Interment in St. Vincent dePaul No. 3 Friendas may call after 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 1981.
