Dr. L. B. Hudson's third child, Benjamin Dudley Hudson, by 1860 had gone forth to make his fortune, i.e. married Eliza B. Terrell (b. 1844; d. January 26, 1925) and settled near Horse Cave, Ky. He, too, died of tuberculosis. They had three children: Nannie Belle Hudson (b. August 19, 1859; d. November 14, 1934); Elizabeth Hudson (b. December 21, 1862; d. March 4, 1938); and Robert Lee Hudson (b. 1864; d. March 30, 1925).
C. Robert Lee Hudson married Lula Curle and settled near Smith's Grove, Ky. They had five girls: Mattie Lee Hudson (b. 18 ?); Mayme Curle Hudson (b. 18 ?); Hortense Price Hudson (b. 18 ?); Elizabeth Bridwell Hudson (b. 18 ?; d. 1923); and Louise Hudson (b. 18??).

Mattie Morris
Mattie Lee Morris, 94, Nashville, died Friday at her home.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Cook-Webb Funeral Home, Guthrie, Ky., with the Rev. William P.
Jones. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Visitation will be until the hour of service.
Mrs. Morris was born in Kentucky on July 7, 1891, the daughter of Robert E. Lee and Lula Curle Hudson.
She was a former resident of Guthrie. She was the widow of William D. Morris, who died in 1962. She was
a member of the Belmont Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, W. Dean Morris Jr., Guthrie; one daughter, Mrs. Minnie Lee Wallace , Nashville; one sister, Elizabeth Bryne, Cleveland, Ohio; five grand children and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Glenn Barnes Jr., Henry C. Malone, Waldo Wolfe, Tom Mimms Paine, Bobby Watson
and Keith Kimbrough Jr.
