HAMMOND - Claiming interest is the wedding of Mrs. Elizabeth Richardson Lee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel J. Richardson of Springfield, and Mr. Charles W. Lemak, solemnized Friday morning at 10 o'clock in the rectory of Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Officiating at the double-ring rites was the Rev. William G. Gaines, dean of the Greek Orthodox Catherdral Holy Trinity of New Orleans.
For her wedding, the bride chose a spring yellow raw silk ensemble, complemented with bone colored accessories and a corsage of green orchids.
She was attended by Mrs. Arthur Emery, who was attired in a turquoise ensemble complemented with a yellow orchid corsage. Mr. Louis M. Edwards served as best man. Following the ceremony a lunchoen was held at a private dining center.
Assisting in serving the wedding cake were Mrs. Richard Owens of Butte, daughter of the bride; Miss Charlene Lemak, daughter of the bridegroom, and Miss Brenda Stafford.
Following a wedding trip to Laguna Beach, Fla., the couple will reside at 201 Ellzey Street.
