Rosemary Selman,a homemaker, died Saturday at Chateau de Notre Dame. She was 88. Mrs. Selman was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. She graduated from St. Michael's Academy of the Sacred Heart in Convent, La. and was a past member of the Holy Name of Jesus Altar Society. Survivors include two sons, Francis Selman and James Selman II; and six grandchildren. A Mass will be said today at noon at Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp Funeral Home, 4127 S. Claiborne Ave. Burial will be private.
