Kay J. Kikuchi , a retired engineer with the New Orleans Sewerage & Water Board, died Saturday at home of cancer. He was 70. Mr. Kikuchi was born in Sacramento, Calif., and lived in New Orleans for the past 60 years. He owned K-K's Gardening Service for 30 years. Survivors include his wife, Theresa Garrett Kikuchi ; four daughters, Debra K. Banquer, Rosanna K. Stieffel, Romono K. Arceneaux and Brenda K. Kikuchi ; five brothers, Paul, Ernie, Arthur, Ben and Willie Kikuchi ; and 11 grandchildren. A mass will be said Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. Visitation will be today from 7 to 10 p.m. and Wednesday at 9 a.m. Interment will be in Lake LawnPark Mausoleum.
