   The future bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Truman Siler of Pittsburg, Kan, and the late John O. Bartlow. He has a master's degree from Kansas State College.
   The bride-elect was graduated from Phoenix College.
   The wedding will be May 20 in the First Christian Church.
