   The marriage of Miss Starr Richardson Ellison, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Sprague Ellison, of Penllyn, to Mr. Everett Schofield Hayes, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Ellis Hayes, of Chestnut Hill, will take place on Saturday, May 14, in St. Paul's Church, Elkins Park, with the Rev. Frederic R. Murray officiating. 
   Mrs. Francis L. Plumly, Jr., will be matron of honor, Miss Anne P. Cornell maid of honor and Miss Barbara Jean Hayes will be the junior attendant.
   Mr. Francis AL. Plumly, Jr., will serve as best man and the ushers will be Mr. Donald H. Shaner, Mr. Richmond S. Parsons and Mr. Everett H. Schofield.
