WASHINGTON, Iowa- - Rites for Emmett Perry Hayes, 68, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Sherman-Eden Funeral Home, with Masonic services at the graveside in Elm Grove Cemetery. Mr. Hayes died Tuesday in Mercy Hospital, Iowa City.
