Enos Hayes, farmer, near Cleves, sued T. M. Guard and Mary Guard, neighbors, for $948.40 Saturday, charging their dog killed or injured 115 of his sheep in January 1912.

SHEEP IN CONTEMPT CASE
Enos Hayes, farmer, of Dugan Rd, Cleves, was cited to appear in Circuit Court of Appeals Feb 10 in contempt proceedings begun by his sister-in-law, Mrs. Missouri Hayes.
She charges he failed to conform to an injunction isued her by the court in 1916, restraining him from letting his sheep and other livestock run at large, thereby damaging her property, which adjoins his.
