Hayes [three brothers], all of this city, compose a company known as Hayes Bros., which filed articles of incorporation with the secretary of state to organize a company to do buying and selling of all kinds of plumbing, gas, steam and hot water fittings, and carry on mechanical work. The capital stock of the concern is $6,000 and the company will locate here.

Clinton Hayes Dies at Home; Ill Six Weeks
Member of Plumbing Firm, Survived by Widow, Seven Children
Clinton T. Hayes. 55, secretary-treasurer of the Hayes Brothers, Inc., plumbing and heating contractors, died at his home, 2317 North Capitol avenue, early today after illness of six weeks.
He was born in Templeton. Ind, and lived in Indianapolis since boyhood. Funeral services will be held at SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral Thursday morning. Burial will be in Holy Cross cemetery.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Rose Hayes, seven children. Herbert, Maurice, and Frank. of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Marie Growe, Mrs. Pearl Roberts, Miss Lucille Hayes, and Miss Martha Hayes, also of this city: a brother, Joseph G. Hayes, Indianapolis; and a sister, Mrs. Pearl Schmelz, this city.

Clinton T. Hayes, secretary-treasurer of the Hayes Bros., Inc., plumbing contractors, who died Aug. 16, left personal property valued at $50,000, it was revealed today, when the widow, Mrs. Rose E. Hayes, and a son, Herbert E. Hayes, were named coadmlnistrators in probate court.
Mr. Hayes did not leave a will and the value of the real property was not estimated. The widow, three sons and four daughters will share the estate.
