Mr. Archibald Shaw, daughter, Miss Ella, and Mr. Harris Fitch attended on Thursday, December the twenty-eighth, the attractive home wedding of Miss Emmaline Fitch and Mr. James Garfield Greenwood, both of Cincinnati. The impressive ceremony was performed at the home of the bride's sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Leding, at four o'clock, by the Presbyterian pastor, Rev. Frederick N. McMillin.
The guests were few in number, only members of the immediate families being present. The bride is the gifted daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Fitch
of Spades, and has been with the John Shillito Company, Cincinnati, for a number of years, as a designer.

Servlces for Dr. J. G. Greenwood, 69, of 3827 Third st., will be at 2 p. m. Thursday at Highland Park funeral home. Burial will be in Masonic cemetery.
Dr. Greenwood, a Highland Park optometrist, died Tuesday of a heart ailment at Iowa Lutheran hospital after an illness of 18 months.
Born near Reedsburg, Wis., Dr. Greenwood came to Des Moines 22 years ago and set up practice in Highland Park.
He was a graduate of Northern Illinois College of Optometry, and was a member of Za-Ga-Zlg Shrine, Des Moines Consistery, Auburn Masonic lodge 592. Highland Park Business Mens club and Highland Park Presbyterian church. He also was active in .Boy Scout work.
