TIMOTHY GUARD
FRANKFORT, April 20.\emdash Timothy Guard, 50, of 1002 East Clinton street, died Sunday morning in the Robert Long hospital, Indianapolis, where he had been a patient for several weeks. He was born in Linden, and was married to Laura Maish in 1916. A graduate of Linden high school, he was an employee of the M. B. Thrasher company here.
Surviving are the wife; the mother, Mrs. Mary Guard, Linden; three sisters: Ada and Clara, both of Linden, and Mrs. May Butler, Indianapolis; and three brothers: Dan, Chalmers; Lee, Marion; and Almond, Chicago. Services will be Tuesday at 3 p. m. from the Goodwin Brothers' funeral home, Rev. E. E. Franklin officiating; burial in Bunnell cemetery.
