Per email from Joan Reilly 6/15/2011
The article was correct. He did die under the house while trying to install air conditioning because his daughter was coming to town with her family. My aunt was at work at the time and he was known to hang out at the College Inn a lot, and she thought he was there. His daughter Linda was the one who found him. Harry and I and the kids were on vacation at the time and my Aunt did not want Mom and Dad to tell us until we got home. He did have a sister who was alive which they did not mention in the article.
