News was received here of the death of Frank Guard at Lebanon, 0., on Jan. 24. He was the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Simeon Guard, former resident of the State Line here, 50 years ago. He leaves his widow Veda, a son, John. a daughter, Leah, and a.brother, Charles, all of Lebanon; brother, Milton, of Cincinnati, and a.
sister, Miss Leah Guard, of Detroit.

FRANK GUARD
LEBANON, Jan. 24,\emdash Frank Guard. 52, prominent farmer of Turtlecreek tp. died of a heart attack at. his home east of here shortly after noon today.
Survivors include the widow Veda B. Guard, two children, John and Miss Leah Guard. at home;
one sister, Miss Leah Guard, a teacher at Detroit, and two brothers, Charles Guard of Lebanon and
Milton Guard of Cincinnati.
Private services will be conducted at the Johnson funeral home Monday at the convenienec of the
family. Burial in Lebanon cemetery.
