EZRA G. GUARD CELEBRATES 84TH BIRTHDAY ANNIVERSARY AT VENICE
The 84th birthday anniversary of Ezra G. Guard of Cleves, who has been visiting his son John C. Guard and family was a happy excuse for a beautifully appointed one o'clock dinner Wednesday at the Guard home. Enjoying the day with the guest of honor were C. B. Guard of Elizabethtown, Mrs. Eunica Steele and children and Dr. O. J. Wood of Cleves and Mr. and Mrs. John Guard, John Conner and the Misses Blanche, Gertrude and Margarite Guard. Mr. Guard is remarkable active for his years and still enjoys driving his own car.
