DURNIN, JAMES HILTON
Died Monday, Nov. 16, at New Orleans. Aged 64, native and lifelong resident of St. Helena Parish, a farmer and a veteran of World War I, member of the St. Helena Catholic Church and the Holy Name Society. Religious services to be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, at the St. Helena Catholic Church with Father McDermott officiating. Burial at the Roberts Cemetery west of Amite. The Brown Funeral Home of Amite in charge of arrangements.
Survived by three sisters, Mrs. J. L. Thompson, Mrs. Lillie Morgan and Mrs. Alice Robertson, all of Amite; and three brothers, Alex Durnin of Greensburg, Johnnie and Henry Durnin of Amite.
