Boy Is Run Over After His Bicycle Collides With Machine

Rudolph Diettel, 13, 4722 Danneel street, Wednesday night received a fracture of his right arm when a bicycle he was riding crashed into an automobile at St. Charles avenue and Robert street.
A rear wheel of the automobile, driven by Claude Kaufman, 45, 2736 Jefferson avenue, passed over the boy's arm. Deittel was taken to Touro Infirmary, where his condition was pronounced not serious. No action was taken against Kaufman.
