Died 1 a.m. Monday, Dec. 13, 1993. He was 67, a native of Tunica and a 38-year resident of River Ridge. Visiting at Kenner Funeral Home of L.A. Muhleisen and Son, 2607 Williams Blvd., Kenner, 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Visiting at Kramer Funeral Home, 2905 Masonic Drive, Alexandria, 11 a.m. until religious services at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pineville. Survived by wife, Rowena O'Quin DeLoach; a son, Z. David DeLoach; two daughters, Elaine DeLoach Graalmann and Frances DeLoach DiFranco; a sister, Jewell DeLoach Hotard; and four grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, Nancy Ann Jackson DeLoach and Zeland Monroe DeLoach; a brother, Arthur David DeLoach; and a sister, Audie Mae D. Barton. Relatives, friends of the family and employees of Kansas City Southern Railroad are invited to attend the services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Lung Association of Louisiana, 333 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, 70130.
