Obituary
DALE JR., STANLEY ELMER
"I will rise up with wings, like an eagle." He was a loving husband, great father and the world's best paw-paw. A member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, he died early Monday morning, Sept. 16, 2002, at his home in Baton Rouge. He was 70 and a retired air-conditioning salesman with General Electric and Lennox. Survived by his wife of 50 years, Joy Dale; two daughters, Terri Dale Adde and Jo Ann Dale Connelly and husband John Connelly; a son, Ricky Dale; a grandson, Russell Pancamo; and two granddaughters, Kelly Marie and Brady Dale Connelly. Preceded in death by his parents, Stanley Sr. and Ethel Dale; and a son, Brian Joseph Dale. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Visitation in the funeral home chapel from 10 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. The family would like to thank Dr. David S. Hanson, the nurses at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center and all the other people who provided care and comfort to Mr. Dale and his family.
