COUPLE OBSERVES GOLDEN WEDDING
In observance of their golden wedding anniversary, Mr. and Mrs. George Price Crane, 7307 Burthe street, Tuesday renewed their marriage vows in rites at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus at which two of their sons officiated.
The Rev. Harry L. Crane, S. J., Cleveland, Ohio, was celebrant of a solemn high mass sung for the observance, and another son, the Rev. Hilton Crane, S. J., was deacon. The Rev. Thomas Atherton, S. J., was subdeacon, and the Rev. Murphy Ross, S. J., was master of ceremonies.
From 7 to 9 p. m. a reception for friends and relatives was held at the family home. Mr. and Mrs. Crane were married 50 years ago in St. Patrick's church. Other sons and daughters are Mrs. Hugh Burton of Cobina, Cal., and Mrs. E. T. DeRussy, Miss Marjorie Crane, M. Judson Crane, George E. Crane and Edmund H. Crane, all of New Orleans.
