Funeral services for C. (sic) Price Crane, a veteran New Orleans investment broker, will be conducted Tuesday at 9:30 a. m. from the funeral home of P. J. McMahon & Sons Inc., 4800 Canal, followed by a Requiem mass at Holy name of Jesus Church. Interment will be in Lakelawn Park Mausoleum.
A native of New Orleans, Mr. Crane died Monday at Southern Baptist Hospital. He was 61.
At the time of his death, he was president of Crane Investment Co Inc. and sales manager of the Municipal Bond department of Kohlmeyer & Co.
Mr. Crane was a graduate of Loyola University and the Loyola School of Law and was an honorary member of Blue Key.
He was also a past governor of the National Association of Security Dealers, past treasurer of Investment Bankers Association, a director of Lakelawn Park Inc., and a member of the Pickwick Club.
He was a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the New Orleans Area and the advisory board of the Small Business Administration. He was also a director of Kreeger Store Inc. and a past president of the Audubon Golf Club.
Mr. Crane is survived by his widow, the former Rae Geary; two daughters, Mrs. Patricia Crane Mason and Miss Rae Geary Crane; one son, G. Price Crane Jr.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Victory Boudreaux and Miss Marie Lucille Crane, and five brothers, Warren, Jack, Rene, Lawrence and Edward Crane.

Mrs. Rene Crane was among the hostesses Sunday afternoon. She entertained at a very lovely tea at the home of her mother, Mrs. R. J. Hagen, on Fern street in honor of Miss Rae Geary, whose marriage to Mr. George Price Crane will be celebrated next month.
Mrs. Crane was assisted in receiving by the young guest-of-honor and by her sisters, Misses Thelma and Vivian Hagen, all wearing pretty afternoon frocks.
The tea table, set in the dining room of the home, was exquisite with rich settings and a centerpiece of white roses and lillies of the valley. At one end of the table was a small wedding cake decorated with - miniature bride and bridegroom. Presiding at the table were Mrs. George Robbins and Miss Marie Lucille Crane, and the tea girls included Misses Elvira and Magdalyn Hagen, also sisters of the hostess: Buren Stumpf and Yvonne and Teresa Crane.

Mrs. William Thomas Kalmbach was hostess in the afternoon Tuesday, at a tea, in honor of Miss Rea Geary, an attractive member of the younger set, whose marriage to Mr. George Price Crane will be an interesting event of August 1.

Mrs. Sidney S. Calongne entertained Saturday afternoon at a kitchen "shower," complimentary to Miss Rae Geary, whose marriage to Mr. George Price Crane will be celebrated tommorrow morning. Mrs Calongne entertained at her home on Pine street, with the reception and other lower rooms of the home decorated with clusters of yellow and white flowers. The gifts were presented to Miss Geary, in a large basket, by two little guests, Marjorie Carter and Betty Geary, who were dressed as "mammies."

In the presence of a large gathering of relatives and friends, Miss Rae Geary, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Joseph Geary, was married Tuesday morning to Mr. George Price Crane, son of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Crane. The ceremony took place at 9:30 o'clock mass at St. Mathias church, on Broad street, near Napoleon avenue, with the Reverend Father Eugene O'Conner of Loyola university officiating.
Quantities of palms decorated the church, being used in the chancel and down either side of the center aisle, forming an archway for the bridal party. Upon the altar were lovely clusters of white blossoms and lighted candles.
Miss Geary was given in marriage by her father, and wore a chic, summery suit of white triple sheer, the coat fashioned with large pleated sleeves and the dress trimmed with a narrow dark blue silk belt. She wore a white silk hat and white accessories and carried white flowers.
The bride's only attendant was her sister, Mrs. George Pratt Martin of Pensacola, Fla., who wore a pretty frock of skipper blue sheer, made on long lines, with puffed sleves and with the waist fashioned with a high neckline trimmed with tiny blue flowers of mousseline de sole. She wore a blue silk hat and accessories to harmonize and carried Johanna Hill roses.
Mr. Crane had as his best man his brother, Mr. Lawrence Crane of Macon, Ga., and as groomsmen Messers. Jerry Glas and Emile Rive.
The wedding interested a large circle of friends of the young couple in the younger set here, where they are great favorites. There was no reception following the ceremony, Mr. Crane and his bride leaving immediately after on a trip to New York and Washington, D. C. Upon their return to New Orleans they will be at home in an apartment at 7803 Spruce street.
Among the out-of-town guests here for the wedding were Messers. James Crane of San Antonio, Tex., and Lawrence Crane of Macon, Ga.
