CLINTON - Robert T. Comélly, 78, died at 8:05 p.m. Tuesday at Dr. John Warner Hospital in Clinton.
His funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Pullen-Boos Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Winston Zastrow officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery at Waynesviiie.
Visitation will be lrom 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
He was born March 29, 1894, in Iuka, a son of Henry and Melinda Goosetree Connelly. He married Lula Susie Hansford March 17, 1923, in Johnson City. She died May 7, 1959.
Surviving are three sons, Roscoe, Floyd and Robert, all of Waynesvilie; three daughters, Mrs. Mamie Pike, Dearborn, Mich: Mrs. Mildred Bosemer, Chicago: Mrs. Isabelle Pennweli, Beloit, Wis.; 18 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
A daughter preceded him in death.
He was a retired farmer.
