The late Philip Chenniliaro and his wife and children posed for this picture in 1905, reports Mrs. John J. Alsich, 2027 N. Rampart, who submitted the photo.
Mrs. Alesich is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chenniliaro. Her mother, Mrs. Seraphine Patania, now of 2920 Banks, is the child standing between her elders in the photo.
She was born on the ship which brought her parents and older brother and sister to America from Italy 3½ years before this picture was made.
At the left of the photo is Mrs. Charles (Rosa Chenniliaro) Sparacino, now of Rockford, Ill.
Standing just behind her is the late Johnnie Chenniliaro, who was a Harvey, La., resident from the time he arrived in America at the age of six until his death in 1957.
The baby is Mrs. Philip (Josephine Chenniliaro) Blanda, a lifetime resident of Harvey.
