General:

Per 1910 US Census Stevenson township, Marion county, Illinois
Roy L. Stonecipher is the 23 year old white male head of household, born in Illinois, as were his parents. He works of his own account as farmer on a general farm, and rents his farm house. His wife is 21 year old Edit E. Stonecipher, born in Illinois, as were her parents. It is the 1st marriage for both, 3 years.

Research:

Not sure about this marriage yet. Based on 1910 census, and some notes I have the Edith might have been a Stonecipher before she married James Leslie Connelly. Mary thinks we have a copy of an entry in a family bible, but have not been able to locate it.

If correct, Illinois death index has a Roy L. Stonecipher, age unknown, died 12/29/1937. Social Security death index has from Illinois a Roy Stonecipher born 5/26/1886, died 5/1954.
