Gaeo Stevens Dies; Former City Employe
Gaeo E. Stevens. 73 years old, 3l7 South Bancroft Street, a member of the city traffic engineering staff 20 years, until his retirement in 196l, died yesterday in his home.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in Shirley Brothers Irving Hill Chapel. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
Mr. Stevens was born at Connersville and was a resident of Indianapolis 70 years. He was a member of Tabernacle Presbyterian Church, Pentalpha Masonic Lodge, Pentalpha Pin Club, Scottish Rite, Murat Shrine and Electrical Workers Union Local No. 481.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Anna Marie Stevens; one daughter, Mrs. Beverly Lunn, and one son, Robert G. Stevens. both of Indianapolis; one brother, Enos Stevens, of Los Angeles, Calif: a sister. Mrs. Lorena Baier of Detroit, Mich., and one grandchild.
