ELIZABETH - Graveside services for Mrs. Eva Bourg, 87, will be at 3 p.m. today, Sept. 25 in Hampton Memorial Cemetery. The Rev. Billy Graham will officiate. Arrangements are under direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Oakdale.
Mrs. Bourg died at 8:20 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, 1990 in the Oakdale hospital. A former city clerk for Elizabeth, she was a member of the Elizabeth Baptist Church. She was a writer, known for her stories of Southwest Louisiana and Texas. Survivors are one son, Gerald Bourg of Oberlin; one daughter, Dorothy B. Lejeune of Elizabeth; two brothers, Millard Sigler of Woodville, Texas, and Lenox Sigler of Lufkin, Texas; two sisters, Bernice Sigler of Pasedena, Calif., and Mary Ellen Flynn of Elizabeth; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Eva Bourg were held at 3 p.. Tuesday, September 26 at Hampton Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. William Graham officiating. Burial was under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home, Oakdale.
Mrs. Bourg, 87, of Elizabeth died at 8:20 p. Sunday in Humana Hospital, Oakdale.
She was a longtime resident of Elizabeth. She was a writer known for her stories and features of southwest Louisiana and east Texas. She was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Gerald Bourg of Oberlin; one daughter, Dorothy B. Lejeune of Elizabeth; two brothers, Millard Sigler of Woodville, Texas, and Lenox Sigler of Lufkin, Texas; two sisters, Bernice Sigler of Pasadena, Calif, and Mary Ellen Flynn of Elizabeth; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
