Mr. Shepherd, a veteran of World War I, was a machinist for ihe T. K. & F. Engineering Co., Cincinnati.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Dorothy Shepherd; two sons, Wilford. of Withamson, 0., and Raymond. of Columbus, 0.; two daughters; Mrs. lzetta Radigan, Cincinnati, and Miss Patsy Shepherd, Covington, a sister, Mrs. Anna Golden, Brooksville, Ky., and 10 grandchildren.
