The informant is Mrs. Kate Barrows of Cleves, Ohio. Edith dies June 25, 1914, at the age of 25 years, 11 months and 21 days [this is incorrect if the date are right] in Cincinnati Longview Hospital. Cause of death was acute maniacal exhaustion, contributory cause dementia praecox (sp?). She is to buried June 29m 1914 in Maple Grove, Cleves, Ohio.
