Weinberg, ELLSWORTH A. JR. Born May 29, 1949, Passed away Nov. 16, 2003 in McKinney, TX Survived by wife Jacque , children Onalyce Lane, Eli Weinberg and Sam Weinberg, mother Caroline Linne, sister Pamela McManus, nephew Sean McManus and grand-daughter Jett Lane. Attended St. Marks School of Texas, University of the South and St. Mary's Law School. Practiced law in Dallas & McKinney since 1974. E.A. was recognized by many for his generosity, in 1999 he was named Outstanding Solo Practioner by the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. Known for his gentle, kind and loving spirit, E. A. touched many lives. Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, 2003 at the First Baptist Church in McKinney, TX (1615 Louisiana). Please send flowers directly to the Church .
