FABACHER FUNERAL SERVICES CONDUCTED
Funeral services were held Wednesday morning for Mrs. Antoinette Fabacher, widow of the late Lawrence Fabacher, who was president of the Jackson Brewing Company and for many years well-known in Catholic activities here.
Mrs. Fabacher died late Monday night following an illness of more than a year. The services were held at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus. Interment was in the family tomb in Metairie cemetery.

VARIOUS CATHOLIC INSTITUTIONS GET SHARE IN ESTATE
Mrs. Fabacher Leaves $1000 for Masses for 'Poor Souls in Purgatory'
Numerous bequests to Catholic institutions and stipulations for masses for herself and the dead were contained in the last will and testament of Mrs. Antoinette Wagner Fabacher, widow of Lawrence Fabacher, which was filed in Judge Walter Gleason's section of civil district court Monday and which gives the bulk of her property to her seven children.
The will, which is dated May 30, 1925, is written in longhand.
Three daughters and four sons share in the estate. They are Mrs. Lillian Trorlicht, Mrs. Cecilia Edwards, Mrs. Edna D'Antoni, Lawrence, Paul, John and Joseph Fabacher. A niece, Catherine Mossmann, was bequeathed $5000 and a cousin, Antoinette J. Wagner, $2000.
Mrs. Cecilia Edwards was bequeathed the Fabacher home and property at St. Charles avenue and Short street while $20,000 bequests were given to each of the other children except Lawrence. All the children were given equal shares in the residue of the estate. Lawrence Fabacher was named testamentary executor.
In her will Mrs. Fabacher directed that $1000 each be given to the Jesuit fathers of the Church of the Immaculate Conception and the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus for masses and that $1000 be entrusted to Archbishop John W. Shaw for "masses for the poor souls in Purgatory." The Little Sisters of the Poor at both the uptown and downtown institutions were bequeathed $500 each as were the House of Good Shepherd and St. Vincent's Infant Orphan Asylum. Bequests of $200 were left to the Poor Clare nuns and the Discalced Carmelites. A bequest of $1000 was left to the Chinchuba Deaf Mute Institute at Chinchuba, La.

FABACHER ESTATE TAX IS $10,428.39
An inheritance tax of $10,428.39 must be paid to the state by the heirs of the late Mrs. Antoinette Wagner Fabacher, widow of Lawrence Fabacher, according to a ruling Thursday by Judge Walter L. Gleason in the civil district court.
Lawrence Fabacher, administrator of the estate, filed a motion asking Judge Gleason to fix the inheritance tax at $10,428.39. The motion was granted by the court. The estate was appraised at about $400,000.
The following children will share in the large estate: Lillian Wagner Trorlicht, Cecile Edwards, Lawrence B., Paul, John, Joseph and Edna D'Antoni.
