BANKSTON, MRS. LASCA RICHARDSON
Died at 11:45 a.m. Monday at a New Orleans hospital at the age of 58. A native of Livingston Parish, she lived in Zachary where she was a member of the First Baptist Church. the body will be at her home in Zachary until 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Religious services will follow at 3 p.m. at the Holden Baptist Church. Burial in the Courtney Cemetery, Holden. Seale Funeral Home of Denham springs in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Strickland Bankston, Zachary; four sons, Calvin, of Zachary, Truett, San Jose, Calif., Percy, Denham Springs, and Thomas P. Blue, Pride; two daughters, Mrs. Lurline Treeton, San Jose and Mrs. Ina Mae Moore, Picayune, Miss.; eight sisters, Mrs. Edith Bankston, Holden, Mrs. Gladys Tycer, Saudi Arabia, Mrs. Virginia Anzalone and Miss Esther Richardson, both of Independence, Mrs. Laura Downing, Baton Rouge, Mrs. Velma Kennedy, Mrs. Lois Kennedy and Mrs. Jessie McKigney, all of Springfield; three brothers, Philip S. Richardson, Springfield, and Llewellyn and Murphy Richardson, both of Baton Rouge.
