Olivia Tricon Vaccaro, a homemaker, died Sunday at her home after a long illness. She was 94. Mrs. Vaccaro was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. She was a founding member of Lake Vista Garden Club and served in the Army during World War II as a nurse lieutenant. She was also a member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy. A Mass will be said Tuesday at noon in the chapel of P.J.McMahon & Sons Funeral Home, 4800 Canal St. Burial will be in Hope Mausoleum.

Olivia Tricon Vaccaro on Sunday, August 21, 1988 at 4:00 a.m. Wife of the late Joseph J. Vaccaro, Jr. Daughter of the late Mary E. Baumgartner and Louis Tricon. Sister of the late Roselia T. Miestchovich, Louis and Ned Tricon. Survived by nieces and nephews. Age 95 years. A native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA. Founding member of Lake Vista Garden Club and member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at the P. J. MCMAHON * SONS FUNERAL HOME, 4800 CANAL ST. in Tuesday, August 23, 1988 at 12:00 noon. Interment in Hope Mausoleum. Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Information 482-2141.
