He was 57 years old, born in 1871 in Poland, by his father Michal Szostakowski of Poland, and mother unknown. He was a retired butcher. The informant is his wife, Anna Szostakowski, same address. Cause of death was pernitious anemia with contributory diabetes millitus. Burial to take place in Transfigutaion Cemetery June 16, 1928.
