SIMON, WALLACE JOSEPH
Died at 1:20 pm. Wednesday, Oct. 16, 1985, at Seventh Ward Hospital, Hammond, after a brief illness. He was a resident of Baton Rouge and native of Vacherie. He was a retired Chevron USA Inc. operator. Visiting at
Hollabaugh-Spindle Wooddale Memorial Chapel 8 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. Friday. Religious services at St. Anthony Catholic Church at 2 p.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Smith. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial
Park.
Survived by wife, Mae Dupre Simon, Baton Rouge; three daughters, Irma Cleveland, Baton Rouge, Mrs.
Charles (Janice) Wynn, Gonzales, and Mrs. Darrell (Mae Theresa) Bagley, Denham Springs; two sons, Wallace P. Simon, Zachary, and Robert P. Simon, Springfield; three sisters. Martha Brignac, Gramercy, Emelda Torres,
Norco, and Ludivine Cambre, Garyville; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Preceded in death
by parents, Edmee and Edvidge Simon; a sister, Inez DeJean; and three brothers, Andre, Sidney and Edmee
Simon. Pallbearers will be grandsons. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
