R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, personally appeared
H. L. Frantz, an undertaker, a native of Alsace residing at No 3003 N Peters St who hereby declares, that William O. Silbernagel (white) a native of this city, aged 22 years 4 months departed this life, yesterday (17 April 1897) at No 1244 Clouet Street, in this city.

SILBERNAGEL -- Saturday, April 17 1897, at 1:30 a. m., WILLIAM O. SILBERNAGEL, son of Anna Mannbach and the late William Silbernagel, aged 22 years and 4 months, a native of New Orleans.
The relatives, friends and acquaintances of the family and members of the St. Anna Ladies' Society of the Holy Trinity Church, also the Home Pleasure Club, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, which will take place This (Sunday) Afternoon at 3 o'clock, from the late residence of the deceased, 1244 Clourt street, corner Urquhart.
