Olamae Anne Pollock,a homemaker, died Tuesday of endocarditis at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She was 66. Mrs. Pollock was born in New Orleans and was a graduate of St. Joseph's Academy in Baton Rouge and Loyola University. Before moving to Covington 13 years ago, she lived in several states and foreign countries while her husband was in the Army. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Lake Church in Mandeville. Mrs. Pollock was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Altar Society and the Northlake Republican Women's Club and was an active volunteer. She is survived by her husband, retired Brig. Gen. Jack Pollock; two daughters, Poli Gress of Trumbull, Conn., and Elizabeth Metzger of Orlando, Fla; two sisters; Althea Veith of Kenner and Ivyel Dahinden of Covington; and three grandchildren. The funeral will be private.
